What’s the ask?

To standardise and formalize the sales pipeline development process for main accounts, including creating a process, dataset, and dashboard to track sales opportunities.

What did Warn do?

A standardised process was developed for tracking sales opportunities using a consistent funnel approach. A data capture tool was created for designated accounts, and visual dashboards were built in Tableau to track resource utilization, probabilized revenue, and service line performance across accounts.

What was the outcome?

The outcome was improved alignment and efficiency in business development activities, leading to more strategically focused prioritisation and better decision-making.
