What’s the ask?
Support the creation of a global framework for Omnichannel Cycle Planning, to be deployed initially in one region and subsequently in the whole organization.
What did Warn do?
A roadmap was defined, starting with a “Minimum Viable Product” (MVP) and a subsequent full implementation. The MVP included a methodology and a ready-to-use implementation toolkit, while a high-level approach for the full version was outlined for future detailing.
What was the outcome?
The MVP methodology and implementation toolkit (analytic tools, training material, etc.) was key to the successful implementation of Omnichannel Cycle Planning , thus making a strong case for change for the organization
