What’s the ask?

Redesign the Hire to Onboard process and integrate process ownership into Global Business Services.

What did Warn do?

Mapped the end-to-end as-is process, pinpointing pain points and defining 35 fix projects with dependencies to support the to-be design. Monitored fix projects progress and integrated processes into the GBS solution with specific fixes.
