Supported the redesign of the organisation structure for a local authority in line with newly published operating model

Reviewed and diagnosed current structure of organisation. Supported stakeholder interviews with heads of all departments and translated interview feedback and operating model guidance into organisation restructures for top 5 layers of organisation.
What was the outcome?
Redesigned structures for top 5 layers of the organisation, consolidating existing teams, centralising enabling services and reducing headcount to contribute to cost savings.
