What’s the ask?
To define the interim and future IT operating model and organisation design to support both a company wide transformation and longer-term modernisation of IT.
What did Warn do?
Conducted stakeholder interviews and reviews to frame the strategic design, followed by workshps to refine options and organisational structures. A financial model assessed impact, and an implementation plan outlined timelines and change activities.
What was the outcome?
A strategically aligned interim and future target organsiational structures, with a defined implementation plan.
