What’s the ask?

Support the management and cleaning of the employee and job data for a local authority comprising approximately 5000 employees and 2000 unique roles, in a project aimed to establish a robust job evaluation framework in the local authority.

What did Warn do?

Stakeholder interviews helped define role scopes, while a database of unique roles and their evaluations was created and managed. Employee data was cleaned and aligned to roles, and QA checks ensured accurate and appropriate matching.

What was the outcome?

A robust job evaluation methodology, clear alignment of employees to roles within a job family framework, and cleaner, more accessible data for ongoing BAU activities.
