What’s the ask?

Transformation portfolio support via PMO to drive a portfolio of projects for the extended workforce function that was going through a change in direction.

What did Warn do?

This included implementation of a governance structure, and progress reporting; definition of the 3-year change roadmap; and creation of project management methodology and templates.

What was the outcome?

As a result, the company has achieved standardization of project management practices across the function and upskilling of senior leaders.
