Support the Clinical Development function's transition to a future state operating model by providing change management and engagement services, following the integration of generative AI into the Clinical document generation platform.

Developed and implemented plans for change management, communication, engagement, and adoption. Conducted impact and training needs assessments, coordinated train the trainer sessions, and supported end user testing of the platform.
