What’s the ask?

Track progress of profiling, segmentation and targeting for 5 specialty brands in approx. 30 countries.

What did Warn do?

  1. Define KPIs to assess data collection status

  2. Design an Excel dashboard, with individual country / brand views and summary views

  3. Collect and process data to produce monthly dashboards, at first manually

  4. Automate the data processing to make it “one click” from source data

What was the outcome?

  1. The dashboard became a common “language” for all countries

  2. Performance scorecards were based on the data coming out of the dashboar

  3. Ultimately, the dashboard contributed to create the momentum around achieving data collection goals
